All divergences from the singular flow are embedded with this mechanism and their survival is a product of tendency towards non-penetration of their individual spheres of influence, achieved by mutual cooperation. Any and all energies along with their evolutionary forms rely on self censorship as this universe, canno't - will not - need not uphold individual privacy for it is a singular entity and will remain as such for the duration of a single infinity.’

'This universe does not censor'— since it is composed of reflections it reflects all information within itself into and through the systems contained inside of it. This gives rise to two universal laws of information:-

From the insides of a particle and wave to the most massive physical objects and the darkest of holes, all information is reflected into the infinite surroundings. Thus all particles, stars, organisms, humans, aliens have their actions continuously and instantly reflected into space putting all information in the universal public domain.ie- its everybody's sunday. Moreover, the information is never lost. This mechanism forms the basis for the memory of a quantum computing system.ie. there is no hard drive,cd,ram....etc. The information is stored by simply reflecting it continously. This sustains the data reliably and the system theoretically never looses information.

The cosmic information act is one of many results of the unified theory. It gives reasoning & mechanism for experiments where an electron (or any particle) appears to 'know' the position of another electron.
